I agree with 1, 2, and the "softens" part of 3. I have not tried to use this product to detangle my hair.

Fragrance: pleasant, tropical fruit smell
I must say that this Cantu Creamy Lotion is my favorite product along with Carol's Daughter's Hair Milk Moisturizer. I applied the Cantu Creamy Lotion to my hair after washing and deep conditioning my hair. I was a bit skeptical about Cantu hair products, but a former teacher suggested that I use their products. I'm happy that she did! Here is my results post.
The Cantu Creamy Hair Lotion keeps my hair soft and moisturized. I can apply the lotion to a large part of my hair and I don't have to worry about my hair drying out before I can finish styling it. Plus, I absolutely love the fragrance :-)
Grade: A+
