Today I got caught in the rain, but I was not upset. When I got home, I put my (wet) hair into two ponytails and applied Cantu's Creamy Hair Lotion and Coconut Oil. My curls clumped together and I plopped right on my couch lol. The idea of not having to run away from the rain is one of the greatest benefits of natural hair, and I love it!
I forgot to add... September 3, 2012 made 1 year and 6 months since my big chop!
18 months natural! Congrats! I too love the fact the water doesn't "ruin" my hair.
