Four-year-old Anala Jamison and her mom, Alana Atkins-Jamison (Mary Mary's sister), want kids to know that anger is a normal emotion. The mother-daughter duo created a children's book called It's OK To Be Angry. The book published by Little Minds, Big Ideas and is about a 4-year-old giraffe named Nally who struggles with how to express anger but her mom helps her work through it. It's OK To Be Angry is a great book to help teach your child constructive ways to handle their anger and not feel ashamed to express it.

In an Instagram story, Anala's mom asked her what it felt like to be a published author and she said great because she'd never been an author before. Plus she loved books! Alana said her daughter was the inspiration for their book. She taught little Anala to read at a very early age. At the age of one, she knew her name, age, and birth date. She also knew how to read big words and phrases like "motorcycle" and "school crossing".

On January 20th, Anala Jamison will be having a book signing at the California Worship Center at 13000 Hart St, in North Hollywood, CA. from 1:30pm-2:30pm.

Great job, Anala and Alana!  😊
