I hope you are all off to a great start on this Monday morning! It's a new year and that means some new hair and fitness goals for me. Last year, my natural hair goal was to maintain the health of my hair. This year, it's the same thing. I also hope to reach Arm Pit Length (APL).
If you follow me on Instagram or YouTube, then you may know that I like to run to stay in shape. I run/jog for 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. Last October, my goal was to get in shape by my 30th birthday, and by the grace of God, I did it! This year, my goal is to keep going. I slacked off during the holidays, but I am back at it this week!
Last year, I mentioned in my YouTube video "God and Overachievers" that my problem area is my stomach. This year, I will continue to focus on getting rid of my belly fat by doing target exercises and eating foods that promote weight loss in that area. I haven't been weighing myself. I use the way my clothes fit and pictures to judge my results. My pants have been falling off, so I guess that's a good sign lol. Iwill keep you all updated!
