Removing Teeth from the Gabriela and Denman Brushes

Happy Friday everyone,
Recently, I saw a YouTube video by Vivacious1083 about removing rows of teeth from the Denman or Gabriela brush. I love the way the brush detangles my hair, but I also felt like it pulled my hair too much. So, removing the rows was a great idea!

And do you feel with less rows that it is more gentle on your hair?
