If you have read my last post, then you know that I am currently rocking a two-strand twist rod set, and I love it! It is a great protective style. The weather has been rainy and humid all week. But, my hair still looks fine, thank God. I wear a hair net overnight. I still apply a moisturizer and oil to my hair at night and in the morning. I can sleep on my curls without messing them up. If you are wearing a style that you do not want to mess up while sleeping, you should consider sleeping on a travel pillow. Yes, a travel pillow! LOL. I read about this idea in another blog, and it works.
I love travel pillows maybe I need to try this out. Thanks for the tip.
