|1BlessedNatural: Twist, Pin Curl, Unravel, Fluff, and Go!
Hey, my blessed naturals!
It's been a minute since I've posted! My schedule has been crazy, but I'm still here. I've got a few things that I will be sharing (God-willing) with you all soon, including NEW articles from 1BN contributors. So, look out for those! In hair-related news... I've been doing two-strand twist, pin curl outs 5 days a week. On the weekend, my routine depends on what day I wash my hair. If I do it on Friday, I'll do a twist out. If not, I will just band my hair to keep it stretched until my normal wash day on Sunday. At night, I apply my products and twist my hair. The next morning, I unravel the twists, fluff out my roots with a wide-tooth comb, and go!
Also, I used to two-strand twist the ends of my hair, but I started twirling them around my finger like you do a finger coil. This is done before pin curling the section. This has helped me to have smooth ends and no frizz.
