Here is a cute (bun) photo of Quvenzhané Wallis, who plays "Hushpuppy" in the Academy Award nominated movie "Beasts of the Southern Wild". Wallis is also the youngest person to ever be nominated for an Academy Award. Her parents must be proud :-) The movie is available on dvd and, it is also heading back to theaters in some areas. It is a fantastic movie! Go see it!

I saw an interview with her and her hair was straight. I thought why?
ReplyDeleteMe too! I think she switches back and forth between straight and textured hairstyles. I know she is rocking a fro for two of her upcoming movies. It made me think of the whole Gabrielle Douglas hair controversy... Both should be proud of their accomplishments! They are making history :-)
