Today, I was flipping through my camera and found some photos of my hair back in December of last year. At the time, I was still dealing with protein overload, but I still liked the way my twists came out. My plan was to see if I could do big twists nice enough to wear outside of the house, but I did not like the space between the parts. So, I pinned my twists together in a style and added a cowrie shell. If you are having an issue with your hair, I think it's important to try to find something you like about it (smile). Because my curl pattern was not the same (at the time) due to the protein overload, my hair was a little more stretched and I didn't mind. I also liked the twist out from these twists.
Can you think of a time when a style did not come out the way you planned, but you rocked it anyway?
