Jekalyn Carr Releases New LIVE Video for "Changing Your Story"

Gospel singer Jekalyn Carr recently released her new song and video "Changing Your Story." The video was recorded last year at the "Praise in the Park" event by Praise 102.5 radio station in Atlanta. On June 5th, Carr released the "Changing Your Story" and "Power of Love" songs on digital platforms on June 5th. On her Instagram page, the 23-year-old said this:
With everything that's going on in the world today, and with everything we all face individually, I'm thankful that God never leaves us without a WORD of comfort, peace, and faith, and healing, assuring us of His presence and His plans to deliver us from whatever  we're facing and into what He's prepared for us...
Carr went on to say that God gave her both the messages of "Changing Your Story" and "Power of Love" songs. "Changing Your Story" is about God changing your life. The things that you've been praying for are being taken care of by Him.

In 2018, Jekalyn Carr released a book called You Will Win: Inspirational Strategies to Help You Overcome. She also released her hit song "You Will Win."It was nominated for a Grammy in the category for Best Gospel Performance/Song.

Priscilla Shirer Shares Her Natural Hair Story and Tips on IG Live!

Actress and minister of Going Beyond Ministries Priscilla Shirer shared her natural hair story and secrets on IG Live today. After receiving numerous questions about her long thick natural hair, she decided it was time to do a video. Shirer said, "I've decided that sometimes, to a woman, hair = ministry." Shirer started getting a perm at about 13 years old. During previous years, her mother would use the hot comb to straighten her hair. When Shirer was 24 years old, she noticed a circular patch of hair that had broken off on the side of her head.
