1BlessedNatural: What's in My Natural Hair Spray Bottles

Happy Monday, my blessed naturals!
I hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend! I had to make another moisturizing spritz for my protective style. Plus, some of you might already know that I also have one for my seborrheic dermatitis, and I use fingertip sprayer and regular spray bottles. Here's what's in them:

Spray Bottle for Protective Style

Water + Cantu Creamy Hair Lotion + Coconut Oil = (clear bottle above)

1. Water: I already had a 3.5 oz spray bottle filled with water.
2. Cantu Creamy Hair Lotion: Added about a dime size amount to the water
3. Coconut oil: a little less than a dime size amount

After adding the ingredients, I shake the bottle up to mix them a bit.

 When...

I lightly spray my hair in the morning and sometimes at night if my hair feels or looks dry.

Spray Bottle for Seborrheic Dermatitis

Water +Apple Cider Vinegar +tea tree oil= (green bottle above)

1. Water: I use a 6oz spray bottle with 2 parts water
2. Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 part
3. Tea tree oil- 3-5 drops

Afterwards, I shake this bottle also.

When...

I part and spray my scalp every 1- 1.5 weeks right before my hair is washed. I let the mixture stay on my scalp (with a conditioning cap) 15 minutes to 1 hour before washing my hair.

 Other Spray Bottle Uses/Ingredients

 1. Oils: Many of you who watch my videos may also know I love to use a fingertip sprayer bottle full of coconut oil for my hair, especially my ends. You can also mix your favorite oils together.

2. Water: I also love to use my fingertip sprayer bottle with water to lightly mist my hair, especially before going outside in the sun to prevent my hair from drying out.

3. Leave-in conditioner or moisturizer: You can also do your moisturizing mixes with your favorite leave-in conditioner.
