It may be weight loss, career change, or personal goal. The motivation exists and many are determined to leave bad habits and people in the past. The ball drops and time fast forwards to March; most of us have forgotten that we have even made New Year’s resolutions. This raises the question, “Why make New Year’s resolutions in the first place?” There are some methods of remembrance we can use to achieve our New Years goals. You may have heard the cliche that you are more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down. I am a firm believer in writing down my goals or resolutions.
