1BlessedNatural: 4 Tips for a Frizz-Free and Well-Defined Mini Twist-Out Hey, my blessed naturals! Three weeks ago, I installed some mini twists , and then I did a twist-out. So, I wanted to give you all 4 tips for getting a frizz-free and well-defined twist-out. 1. Don't borrow hair. Getting a well-defined twist-out starts when you first twist your hair. When you're twisting, try to stick with the same sections. Don't borrow hair from one section to another.  This will enable you to avoid frizz during the takedown process. 2. Moisturize your twists. Moisturizing your mini twists will help them set for definition! My hair was moisturized daily when I got into the shower. I didn't douse my hair with water, but I didn't put on a shower cap. I just let a little bit of water hit them so that they were wet. After the first time the water hit them, I knew my twist-out was going to be well-defined because they curled up.  3. 1BlessedNatural: Mini Twist Details Hey, my blessed naturals, About a week and a half ago, I decided to put my hair in mini twists to trim my ends. I was loving the fact that I didn't have to do my hair! lol Here are my mini twist details: Time: 8 hours Hair: freshly washed Parting: comb and fingers State: Semi-stretched. Instead of banding my hair like I normally do, I blow dried it on the cool setting . Barack and Michelle Obama reportedly just signed a $65 million book deal with Penguin Random House. The publishing company made the announcement on February 28th. The publishing deal includes a total of two books for our former President and First Lady, and one of those books will include a memoir by Barack Obama. Some of the proceeds from the books will go to the Obama Foundation. Also, one million books will be donated to a Penguin Random House non-profit organization called First Book, which provides children in the U.S. and Canada with equal access to  learning material. The actress and her curls were trending on Twitter. So, I checked out a YouTube video and saw why people weren't feeling her hair. At first glance, some of the pictures of Halle Berry's big curls are beautiful. The hairstyle is voluminous and wallowing in all of its natural hair glory.
