Biya was in attendance with several other African leaders including her husband and President of Cameroon, Paul Biya, President Barack Obama, and First Lady Michelle Obama. Mrs. Biya stood out with her copper red wigs in big curls and waves. She wore a few different styles. Most of them were cut into a short and fluffed style at the top with long hair at the bottom.
