My schedule has been crazy busy, but I haven't forgotten about you. I always read about people using different vitamins for hair growth but regular multi-vitamins have always worked for me. My hair seems like it's growing a lot! Back in 2011, I was taking the Women One A Day Vitamins and my hair was growing like crazy. Recently, I started taking them again but they're the ones that actually say "Supports Healthy Hair, Smooth Skin and Strong Nails" (has more Biotin) on the front, and I've noticed that my hair appears to be growing faster than normal. I had a bald patch at the crown of my head from the last time I permed my hair in 2010. Today, I noticed the hair is coming back in. Thank God!
