After removing the bands in my hair, I applied the Curls Unleashed "No Boundaries" Leave-In Conditioner, Cantu's Creamy Hair Lotion , and Coconut Oil. I used a rat tail comb to smooth my hair before twisting. It helps to give my twists a neat appearance. It took me 2 days to install the them because I took A LOT of breaks, lol. After finishing my twists, I applied more of the Cantu Creamy Hair Lotion and Coconut Oil and pin-curled my twists for overnight. In the morning, I removed the pin curls and added a couple of hair pins for styling. My hair came out as curly as it would've I had done a rod set .
