Dealing with grief on Mother's day is not an easy task. I was debating with myself on whether I wanted to write this post but hopefully, it will help someone. I wanted to start off by saying that it is okay if you're not okay on Mother's Day. I lost my mother back in 2006. So, the day is not easy for me. If you've lost a child, you might be struggling with Mother's Day grief as well. Here are 5 ways that help me get through the day: 1. Celebrate All the Mom Figures in My Life I use the day to let the mom figures in my life like my sisters and 2nd grandmother know that I love and appreciate them. 2.
