This summer has been brutal on my scalp because of my seborrheic dermatitis. I know some of you might be saying, "I thought the apple cider vinegar rinses worked for you." Well, they do! My problem was that my hair was drying out due to washing it twice a week. This is in addition to doing ACV rinses, which keeps my scalp from itching. I wash my hair every two weeks. If I sweat a lot or think my hair needs a wash, I will do an ACV rinse and co-wash it in between. Co-washing (washing my hair using conditioner) ensures I maintain the moisture.
