Singer H.E.R.'s Mother Surprises Her with THIS for Her Birthday!

Singer H.E.R.'s mother gave her the ultimate birthday present this year! In an Instagram post, the 23-year-old said, "Since I was young, my mom always made my birthdays spectacular. This year, she got a horse (laughing/crying emoji)."

In the singer's IG video, she can be seen smiling while riding the horse and appears to give the camera a little "Hmph!" Too funny and cute! Instagram users had many different reactions to the singer's video. The CEO of MBK Entertainment Jeff Robinson said, "She [H.E.R.'s mother] told me she was doing that and I honestly thought she was joking (two laughing/crying emojis)." The singer whose real name is Gabriella Wilson said, "(laughing/crying emojis)My mom doesn't play."

Another IG user couldn't pass up the perfect moment to refer to Lil Nas X's song "Old Town Road." He said, "Wellllllll, IMMA TAKE MY HORSE TO THE OLD TOWN ROADDD (laughing/crying emojiis." Someone else said,"You look so happy (welled up eye emoji with heart)."

Earlier this month, H.E.R. released a song and video, "I Can't Breathe" protesting racism and police brutality. She also has an IG series called "Girls with Guitars" where she performs with special guests like Tori Kelley and Chloe X Halle.

Actress and minister of Going Beyond Ministries Priscilla Shirer shared her natural hair story and secrets on IG Live today. After receiving numerous questions about her long thick natural hair, she decided it was time to do a video. Shirer said, "I've decided that sometimes, to a woman, hair = ministry." Shirer started getting a perm at about 13 years old. During previous years, her mother would use the hot comb to straighten her hair.
